VSLzen is an AI-assisted platform. This page explains, in plain terms, where AI is involved, what it produces, and what remains your decision before anything reaches your audience.

Where AI is used

AI is used to draft and assist, never to publish on its own. You approve everything that goes live.

  • VSL scripts: written from the offer details you provide, then editable line by line.
  • Page and email copy: headlines, sections, follow-up messages and suggested improvements.
  • Sales videos: a presenter or avatar performance with a generated voiceover, plus supporting footage and visuals in AI-directed videos.
  • Funnel assembly: suggested structure, sections and calls to action based on your offer.
  • Content and campaign suggestions: ideas, angles and message drafts inside the content features.
  • Support assistance: an assistant that answers questions about the product and hands you to a human when needed.

What stays human

You review, edit, approve and publish. Nothing is sent to your leads or customers until you choose to publish or enable it.

You remain the author and the responsible party for the claims, offers, prices, guarantees and legal statements on your pages and in your messages.

AI can be wrong

AI-generated text, voice and video can contain mistakes, outdated information, invented details or wording that does not fit your market or your regulations.

Treat every output as a first draft. Check facts, figures, testimonials, medical, legal or financial statements and any regulated claim before you publish, and correct anything that is not accurate.

Your responsibilities

Before publishing AI-assisted content, you are responsible for making sure it:

  • is accurate and not misleading;
  • reflects what your product or service actually delivers;
  • complies with the advertising rules and laws that apply to you and your audience;
  • respects other people's rights, including likeness, trademarks and copyright;
  • discloses AI involvement wherever your industry or platform requires it.

Likeness and voice

Presenters are synthetic. If you create an avatar of a real person, you confirm you have that person's permission to use their likeness and voice in marketing material.

Your content and your data

Your briefs, scripts and funnel content are yours. How we handle personal data, including the data your funnels collect, is described in our Privacy Policy.
